LOT INFORMATION and PRICE
1. Grave lots are available, cost $550.00 each.

2.  A Deed and Perpetual Care form is issued when a grave/graves are purchased.

3.  All headstones need to be placed inline with other headstones.

4.  Corner markers for your lot are to be placed within the boundaries of that lot.

5.  Each grave is three (3) feet by nine ten (9)-(10) feet.

6.  Only one (1) full burial (approved vault) per grave or two (2) cremations per grave.

7.  All burials have to be recorded and the grave has to be dug by the grave digger for 
Maple Grove Cemetery.
